The Hollywood Racks Bicycle Parking Stand part # HRPS1 is designed for a max tire width of 2.5". There is only 1/4" of difference between your tire and the racks maximum. This means the racks could be "modified" slightly to accept it but of course you would be bending the rack.

Bike storage rack # S64019 is more of an indoor type of rack like for a garage or shed. For an indoor or outdoor rack take a look at # S64016. It is zinc and powder coated to stand up to the elements. The steel tubing is under a 1/4 inch thick so it is not heavy gauge.

When using the Pro Series Cargo Carrier, part # 63153 in your trailer hitch, you cannot install a bike carrier in the tubing at the back of the carrier. The tubing is not designed for any accessories. You can use a dual receiver tube adapter like part # D-192, but you would possibly have issues with the bikes hanging over the cargo carrier and the capacity of your trailer hitch would be reduced by 50 percent. For your Giant E-Bikes I'd recommend the Kuat NV part # NV22G for a very secure and easy to use bike rack with enough weight capacity as well. This grabs the bikes securely by the wheel/tire instead of using a frame clamp. To make loading the bikes easier we have the ramp kit part # ANVBRB as well.
